Logan MegaCentre commissioned theroom to develop their new brand including a comprehensive style guide and associated in centre marketing and promotional collateral.
The centre is one of three home centres within QLD. The MegaCentre is a destination; with a range of retailers and well known homewares brands. The client was wanting to appeal to a slightly higher-end demographic to generate traffic to the centre. theroom was happy to be part of this strategy to increase sales and market share for their tenants.
The logo development exercise ensured the existing name of the centre did not change as this was something consumers were already very familiar with and was therefore specified as a requirement in the initial brief. The vision was to create a more contemporary and streamlined brand. The end result needed to appeal to the target audience and reinforce Logan Mega Centre’s positioning statement relax – refresh – renew.
Our Roomies wanted to make Logan MegaCentre a homemaker destination with all the big brands under the one roof, where the shopping experience has been considered to allow customers to shop in a relaxing, refreshing and safe environment. Navy was used as a primary, and complimentary colours were added to the palette to bring a strong sense of sophistication to the centre. This refined palette also allows the centre to be flexible in their collateral and branding.
