theroom has collaborated with Jones Lang Laselle (JLL) on a number of projects over the last few years. The designs for the property development projects and tourism guides were crafted to be modern yet timeless. The graphic designers at theroom achieved this by utilising large typography for the headings and creating a focus on the breathtaking panoramic imagery.

Most of these documents were produced as A4 landscape to allow the stunning photography to shine. Various treatments were used to highlight the projects and help give them something special. These included Spot UV for the Southbank brochure, and embossing with black foil to highlight the elegance of the Waterfront Place piece.
